This property is in an area with lots of dining options close by. The staff were very nice. The hotel and the room were clean and comfortable and the hot free breakfast had lots of options and it was delicious. We would stay here again.

The staff was extremely busy due to all if the events in town that weekend. I saw them treat all of the customers, even the difficult ones, with nothing but respect and patience. Great job guys. (I would have lost it on one of these rude customers) But your guys are champs!

Clean, updated hotel. Quick service, Check In/Out was speedy. Good sized room and bathroom (water pressure was fantastic!). Very close to trolley stop, but in a quieter part of Ybor/7th Ave.

The property was in the process of being restored after Hurricane Milton, so we cannot speak much about the physical condition of the hotel. The front desk staff could be more attentive and helpful to Spanish-speaking guests who are not the most fluent in English. The location is excellent for those waiting for a cruise, or staying downtown, and the trolley is very useful. Good breakfast.
