Location and accommodations were wonderful. Only negative feedback is with regards to the valet. I never received the text on day one. When leaving and attempting to get my car, I was then manually sent a text and then was required to enter credit card information instead of being able to just charge the valet cost to the room. I shouldn’t have to enter the information separately. It should just be able to be one charge.

I did not appreciate that since I was only staying overnight I was placed in a room in a corner that was dusty, smelled moldy, telephone had no cord to place calls as I wanted to report that the AC was not working properly.

The breakfast was much more than I expected. The omelets were the best I have had in a long time. I enjoyed the evening reception, nice touch. The staff were great. I don’t know if this is the norm but the water was not available in the lobby in the morning or evening.it is a great place to stay if you are ep.attending an event at the arena. It is practically right next door.the valet parking is a great be if it but at $42 it may have been a bit steep.

Valet met you at the door and didnt explain what to do. Had to ask if we could check in. They literally rushed us out of the car. Guest checkin wasn't pleasant, didnt offer any services. I had to ask for everything. Self parking not an option and valet cost $50 per night was not aware of that at booking.

At 4pm (the checking time), the room was not ready, I will be call when ready, if I wants a room available at that moment, I have to dowgrade from what I have pay. THEY WILL CALL ME WHEN ROOM READY, THAT NEVER HAPPENS, I finaly received my room3 hours later after checking time. The elevators was far away from cleaning, like others areas of the Hotel, at the room the hand soap container was empty, the parking charge is an additional $47 x night without tips, waiting time to pick up car 25 minutes more or less, the only positive thing that I can recall was the treatment received by a nice and effective waiter at the bar TASTE..Very overpriced Hotel.
