We booked a double and when we got there all they had was a king. There were three of us so we had to use the pull out bed. It was very uncomfortable and I was disappointed that no one contacted us to tell us they could not accommodate the double bed request. They were very nice at the desk and helped us out as much as they could but it did not make up for the uncomfortable bed. Also the picture online of the pool is misleading. Online it looks big and in reality it is very small.

I paid for the room through this Site with the understanding I had a balance of less that $30 due at check in. when i checked out I was charged over $400 on my card extra. IF It's not fixed I won't ever use this Site or this Hotel again

Stayed for four days and didn’t get a single good night of sleep. Noisy rooms (elevator noise up and down, am & pm) and the TVs in the room are from 1995. Time to upgrade. We won’t return unless changes are made. Zero value

We stayed here before our cruise so we were only there for one night. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the bar then had a really quiet night of sleep which was great for such a large hotel. The hotel was right near the port and we were able to jump on the trolley to go right to the ship. That was not planned and was really convenient.

If you’re going to the lightning game there is no better option than this place. Very small walk to stadium and bar/restaurant at stadium. Plenty of space in the room

Came for the Game, loved the stay!

We will definitely stay here again! The room was spacious and comfortable! We had a very friendly greeting. We came for the Tampa Lightning game and wanted to stay somewhere close. We literally had a short walk. From start to finish, our stay was nothing less than wonderful! Can't wait to go back!

First time at this property. Selected for downtown location. No parking at hotel unless you want to use valet at $40 a night. There is a parking garage next to the hotel at max of $15 per night. Checkin/checkout was quick and efficient. Room was nice and clean; (though walkin shower grout needs attention). Room HVAC was set for 64 and when we set for 72, the heat never came on. Shower body wash was empty; the front desk did resolve both, but should such require guest labor at $300 plus a night? House free wifi was useless; turned off and went with my mobile service. Breakfast buffet was adeqaute but chaffing dishes did not keep food warm. Plus the chef in charge of cooking the bacon, needs training; (a non-separated slab, one on top of another is neither appealing nor easy to take a rasher or two). Would we stay again... maybe.
