We were only there for one night, but we had a really good stay. My 9yo and I checked in around 7:00pm after a long day of whitewater rafting in Riggins. Walked next door and had a delicious dinner at Growlers, then walked across the street to the Dipped hand dipped ice cream bar stand for dessert. Then back to the hotel to swim in the pool for a while. My son liked that the pool was open until 10:00 since our arrival was a little later than planned. After a good hour of swimming for him and relaxing in the hot tub for me, we headed to our room for bed. The bed was so comfortable and we both got a good nights sleep. In the morning we headed down for the continental breakfast which had many things to choose from including, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal, assorted pastries, and fresh made waffles. Then for another quick trip to the pool before checkout. We found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and inviting. The pool area and our room was very clean and well maintained. Overall a great stay and we will definitely choose Third Street Inn next time we are in the area.

This was our first time staying here since it changed over to the Third Street Inn. I’m only leaving this review to maybe help guide others, not to be that person. If you are looking for average, this is that. Our room was clean. The refrigerator did not work. The mattress was very thin and you could feel the springs. The whole entry and inside of the hotel smelled like cigarettes as soon as we walked in. The breakfast was very continental. it was an interesting vibe.

Poor mattress

The bed mattress was terrible. Big holes I had to climb out of to get up. Entire body ached when I got up. Continental breakfast looked like rubbery and microwaved hot food.

Decent hotel with a good breakfast.

Nice hotel but one of our rooms was not cleaned when we got there at 3pm. They gave my family members another room but that room wasn’t set up with a walk in shower. Disappointing for them. Also, my husband had a difficult time sleeping because he felt the pillows were too hard. Mine were fine. Minor issues.

Great budget hotel

Hard to beat for the price, clean and comfy, within walking distance to downtown McCall and lake. Breakfast area qas clean and well stocked.
