This is the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. My husband loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours and the staff was friendly. Will definitely be staying here again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

During our daughter-in-law’s visit from out of state, we wanted to do something special and decided to explore Cascade Lake. For our one-day trip, we chose to stay at Hotel NoBo—and wow, what a fantastic decision! This gem of a hotel is truly a standout in this charming mountain town. With its modern design, pristine cleanliness, and exceptionally comfortable rooms, it offers a five-star experience in a peaceful setting. Our stay was nothing short of amazing, and we can’t wait to return on our next trip!

The hotel and the staff were awesome, our room was a great size, unfortunately it didn’t have a mini fridge which we rely on while traveling. No exaggeration in 2025 with our schedule we have spent over 30 nights in a hotel and this was the first without a fridge. The bathroom also had a sliding door, which we don’t care for. Bathroom was huge, just had the switches on the wrong side for a real door.

Amazing hotel!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the huge windows in room 218. The only bad thing it doesn’t come with a microwave or refrigerator but they did offer me the employee refrigerator if I needed it. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very delicious. Will definitely be recommending and coming back.

Hotel review

The stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was unbelievably nice and super helpful with anything we needed. I want to shout out Jamie, victoria and Diane. Thank you for all that you do! The amenities at this hotel are great! I recommend the hotub especially for how much snow is there, nice way to warm up. The rooms here are super clean too and very nice. One of the best night sleeps Ive gotten in a hotel in a long time for sure. They offer free breakfast in the morning and its really good. As for dinner I recommend going outside of the hotel. They have a restaurant within the hotel but in my opinion it is extremely overpriced with okay food. If you would like to have the fancy dinner experience while you are there the checkpoint restaurant is perfect. But be prepared to be left hungry. If you want a better dinner spot I recommend reos pizza down the street from the hotel. They have great food for a great price and its family friendly atmosphere with old arcade games and fun claw machines. Not to mention a full choice of food items. Overall I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Its a great hotel and great people surounding it.

Very nice stay, very good customer service and all staff was very friendly . Pools was clean and warm, breakfast was very good every day.The only negative thing is the room did not have a mini fridge. We will stay there again
