Our handicapped room was in a very noisy area, inside and out. The bathroom was grungy and needed to be exterminated. There was no coffee in the room and I had to climb stairs to use a microwave. We would never stay at this property again.

Unfortunately when we arrived we got told the hot water wasn't working. We have been offered to cancel the reservation for free but clearly an email sent just after our reservation (which was done 30' before) would have been more helpful to avoid wasting a uber trip from the airport. We stayed anyway as it was just for one night. The room is big, bed is quite comfy but it would need some looking after.

I was attending a personal matter that was cancelled during my drive. I attempted to contact the hotel via six different numbers to cancel or move it to a potential future date. Everything advised me to contact the hotel directly. 13 phone calls later, the front desk never answered. I will not be using this hotel chain or Expedia for any future hotel stays.

Horrible stay. They ran out of hot water. No explanation nothing. Would never stay there again.
