Staff was nice and helpful. General manager was very kind and willing to assist. There was a gap in the door underneath, so it was loud with doors closing and the beeping of doors unlocking. Room was cozy, perfect for my stay.

Awesome Gem!

It was an amazing hotel. Tucked in the back but the gem is real. Staff were extremely nice and professional. Very pleasant to be met with. Rooms were clean and the premises itself.

Great stay for a low cost

Hotel has a great vibe. Quirky decor, easy to get to, comfortable rooms. On line check in and check out. Helpful communication from hotel in advance including info about the area and check in processes. Easy parking as well.

The pictures really do it justice, excellent setting but just off the freeway. Comfortable beds, fresh, clean rooms and friendly staff. We saw adverse comments about the parking area lights, but our blackout blinds worked perfectly. Breakfast was free and the bagels particularly good. We also appreciated the lack of plastic (non-recyclable) materials in particular the wooden (bamboo?) cutlery. All in all a great find, would we stay again - YES! Good luck in expanding your "empire" - if the second and further BOB hotels are as good as this one you could clean-up on the "budget" hotel market.

Good overnight stop. Not sure it’s kid friendly as the walls are a little thin. Our baby cried and someone was yelling in the hall to shut up. Clean hotel, Cheap. Not sure I would again but that shouldn’t influence others without kids.

Great refurbished hotel with some rare amenities including a real Italian Expresso Machine that will provide you with excellent coffee, for recency I lived in Italy for 12 years and I have to say I was surprised! Another rare amenity was real Napoletan Pizza that is shipped directly from Naples!! Breakfast was on the light side but again then had real Nutella! The rooms are small but clean with a great TV. The bad: not sure if this Expedias fault or the hotel but no where did they publish the pet fee which is $55 dollars. Imagine my surprise when I went to check in.

NOISY NOISY all into the night. The street lights permeated through the this curtains. It was like daylight all night. NO HOT WATER, took cold showers. The (breakfast) was nit to be considered a breakfast!

Very quiet, far from the highway noise. Nice check-in staff. Recently redone and rebranded from a Comfort Inn. Has nicely designed rooms and lobby. Comfy beds. They had a coffee bar in lobby. Door handle of room was not quite on straight. Smallish shower but great water pressure and hot. Stayed one night.
