I liked the room redesign and although the room was small, it didn't feel that way. I was a little put off by the rates. It seems they were doing a little price gouging due to the hurricane. Breakfast was excellent.

We were in Tallahassee escaping Tampa during Hurricane Milton. We needed somewhere clean with power and internet so that we could work remotely. We appreciated having this as our home away from home for a couple of days

I didn't end up staying at the property. I had a change of plans and my reservation was non-refundable. That isn't even the problem, the issue was that before I decided not to go at all, I called the property and tried to modify my reservation and the person was just so rude to me for no reason at all. I don't leave bad reviews often, and granted that I didn't stay in the property, but this person was so rude to me when I was being absolutely pleasant to her that I felt like it deserved a mention. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.
