I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, and the decor was quite unique. Housekeeping for our suite could step up their game though. Initially, we had one bath towel between the 3 of us and there werenā€™t any blankets for the pull out sofa bed. They did bring them right away when requested by calling on our cell phones. The room phones didnā€™t work. Day two revealed they did not replenish the room with coffee, so a trip downstairs to get some was made. Then we discovered the coffee condiments werenā€™t replenished either resulting in a second trip downstairs. We had a very large balcony where at least a couple of chairs would have been nice. They also have the perfect setup for Valet Parking which would really up their game if added. I know it sounds like we didnā€™t enjoy our stay, but thatā€™s not the case. Overall, we did and will stay here again. Their proximity to FSU cannot be beat.

Bathrooms and doors and room need a thorough cleaning. The door in my bathroom was so filthy and sticky I had to go buy Lysol wipes and clean it myself.
