The first room I was given was dirty. Had an odor to it that was a bit suffocating and it hadn’t been cleaned, vacuumed or wiped down. There were some kind of cake or bread crumbs all over the carpet and counter tops. Condensation rings on the nightstand.

We just had an overnight stay while traveling. The hotel is well kept and our room was clean. The lady at the desk tried to be cutsy . I like a little more professional.
