Upon arrival there was no one at the desk. I called out and knocked on the office door with no luck. When I started out the door to the pool area the attendant was just coming back in from cleaning up around the pool. Check in was very easy and the attendant was very apologetic for not being at the desk when I arrived.

Plugin and phone plugs in did not work
We stayed two different nights in two different rooms and all was great except the plug in outlets by the beds. The phone plugs didn’t work at all and the plug outlets were so loose they didn’t stay connected. This was in both rooms which was very important to us

The carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned i noticed this upon arrival. my room was clean so was the bathroom. o did not like the eggs served at breakfast, was not sure what they were, they were not eggs!
