The hotel looked new, but had poor build quality. There was a soft spot in my floor near the window. The bed was rock hard and the pillows were small and hard. The property needed some tlc on the inside.

The property was very convenient to the interstate. It was quiet, clean and the people at the desk that checked us in and out were friendly. The breakfast was good. The property is just old and needs some repairs.

This Country Inn and Suites had a beautiful lobby and spacious rooms. The elevator had a very noisy ring and our room was a few doors down from the elevator. We heard the ringing a lot through the night and early morning. My only suggestion was seeing if that ringing could be turned down a few notches.

This property caught me by surprise and to be honest I’m gonna write a review and I hope someone reads this upon checking into this establishment. Me and my husband noticed a few things when I checked in mind you I have stated this hotel before I don’t know if they’re under new management or not but the first time staying here they did not charge me an accidental fee . Now me booking again with them because the first time I didn’t have an issue but this time was not good ! When I checked in I was hit with a 200.00 accidental fee mine this is country Inn and suites which I understand property damage happens, but I am very confused as to when I stay here before I was not charged not one accidental fee then my second time staying here I was hit with $200 even though you get these $200 back I was concerned by what was stated by the front desk when the lady can’t remember her name stated that this is to wing people out and for the safety, which I understand that but at the same time this hotel, definitely wasn’t worth it ! Upon checking out, we decided to take some pictures which you will see for yourself. The pictures indicated that the hotel is not even updated. I have stated nicer hotels and have had less accidental things than this property upon checking out. My husband states that the room was not acceptable. The front desk lady reply to us and said we should have came down complain ! Well, I feel like we shouldn’t have property should be up kept
