The hotel looks very nice and clean; however, it was noisy and the pillows were half size pillows. I’ve never seen ones like these on a bed. Also, it was freezing and there was no heat in the room. The shower was like warm, never got hot. The staff was all so nice.

The gal at the front desk, Jackie, was extremely helpful and friendly. Great sense of humor! I needed a toothbrush and she provided one. Then she asked if there was anything else I needed. The breakfast in the morn. was absolutely great. Our bed was super soft and neat. Thanks for a great stay on our way to Villages, Florida.

Everything was great except check-in. Only one person working the desk and a line out the door. Waited 25minutes in line. Otherwise awesome as always. Quiet, amazing AC, clean, super friendly staff, shower works great, bed is amazingly comfortable and I love the variety of pillows.

Super clean room. Don't usually like hotels with carpet in halls and rooms because of the smell bad. No odor here. Breakfast was hot and excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here next time in Talahassee.
