The rooms were enormous by Japanese standards and facilities supplied were excellent. The beds were comfortable and Takamatsu was a lovely visit - i think Takamatsu is under-rated.

Great location but hard to find reception

Close to the shopping strip and ina great location. Only trouble we had was locating where the reception was. Turns out it was on the 8th floor and accessed by the lifts in a alley. Other than that enjoyed the stay and shopping.

It was a bit hard to find the hotel due to reception is located at the 8th Floor and some elevators did not go up to that floor. However, the room was great, service was great, and overall experience was great.

The hotel is conveniently located with a shopping arcade (covered walk). The entry is very difficult to find. The hotel registration is on the 8th floor and it is accessed in narrow hallway. Better way finding would be helpful to identify the entry.

location is very convenient. however, other than this, the level of cleanliness is very disappointing. the shower curtain was stained, carpet was stained, and there were layers of dust in various spots in the room. i was very disappointed and had to change hotel.
