Housekeeping quality has degraded compared to my previous stays at the hotel. Dirty towels and clean clothes were left in the room after cleaning. Water was added to the liquid hand soap. The heater doesn’t work properly. I set the temperature to 22C, but the room temperature is always at 18C. I reported these to housekeeping, but not much was done.

To add a roll-away bed, the hotel wanted me to move to a bigger room for US$200 extra a day. I refused and wanted the hotel just to add a roll-away bed. The hotel charge me US$100 a day, US$200 for two days. That was most I paid for a roll away bed. I rented three rooms around Xmas and New Year times for 5-6 days. It was holiday time, I already paid US$300-400 per day all included. I paid the roll-away bed at check-in time. But at check-out time, hotel charge extra NT$1000 per room for a total of NT$3000 with no explanation what so ever.
