Was pleasantly surprised with my stay, it has a good size room and close proximity to Ximending, and many food options atound. I would choose to stay here again on my next trip due to its location and ataff service.

Hotel room and staff were excellent. Absolutely loved the room spray. Laundry room was a welcome plus. Only issue was trying to get down in the lift in the hour before and after check out time - it was impossible and the stairs are not available so we had to postpone our day of exploring to start at lunchtime.

1.Room was exceptionally small, barely with space for luggage 2.Temperature seemed to be fixed at 23-24C, even after technician tried to fix it and adjusted thermostat down to 10C. Extremely hot for Taipei weather at the time. 3. We had to move to a different hotel due to uncomfortable condition but hotel was firm not to grant any refund even partially. We paid for 6 nights plus upgrade, but only stayed for 2. 4. We asked for some toiletries such as cotton Q-tips and they gave us a couple only for our whole stay. 5. Breakfast at hotel is of low quality, compared to same level hotel in Taipei. Would not recommend this hotel for being very inflexible and "stingy"

Beautifuly situated in middle of Taipei and all the shops and necessities are abundantly around. The hotel is modern and clean to the maximum. Nice view of mountains and city. We were a group of five and stayed at this hotel for four nights. The property is very new, with clean and spacious rooms. Customer service was exceptional throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, close to all essential services and amenities. Highly recommended!

Location is very convenient, near to Ximen MRT station, bus stop is nearby too if you prefer other commuting options. There are plenty of F & B available, plus convenience store. Hotel is very clean and new.

Excellent hotel in Ximending

The location is right next to Ximending busy area, a lot of eateries around, got great foot massage around the area, all within 5 mins walk, indeed very convenient, every one at the front desk is very helpful, the lift pass policy at main door after 12pm is great, more secure for female solo traveller, the room size is spacious with bathroom and toilet separate, the daily linen bag with fresh towels and water bottles hanging on room door is good arrangement for visitors who do not need housekeeping every day.
