We paid for a lake view, and we barely got one; Mostly tree covered. The cable did not work from the moment we arrived until we left 4 days later. We asked about it when we arrived (and several other times) and no one ever followed up with us about it. The WiFi is awful. The AC is not good. The jacuzzi was closed. The restaurant was closed. The pool bar was closed. I know it’s not peak season, but these things should not be in the listing when people book. And there were ants everywhere, as well as some fleas. Two stars simply because the staff was very kind.

great views but felt the room could have been cleaned better. wasn't dirty, just didn't feel like it was really cleaned from the previous person. bed was not very comfy. our room was quite a far walk but staff would drive you via golf cart if they were available. very dated in the rooms but everything was functional. our room did not have any toilet paper, soap, etc, but staff was able to bring us some immediately. not a bad stay but not sure if i would stay there again.

No office or official reception. Made you wait very long to check-out and return your deposit. Bathroom sink leaks. Not enough chair for four guests at balcony. Creepy maintenance person - accidentally caught person by entrance door for whatever reason.

A Place to Relax
The place has a great view of the lakes. Room is big and comfortable. Service is excellent. Nice pool. Entertainment room with billiard pool and karaoke.
