Horribly disappointed
The desk clerk that checked us in last night was sick. She kept coughing without covering her mouth. I have several auto immune disease so spreading her germs like that can compromise my health even further. The room appeared clean and ready for us to occupy it. When I pulled back my side of the bedding, to my dismay there was human hair, black specs of something, and food particle on the sheets. The used a heavily scented room deodorizer or sanitizer that made breathing difficult for me and caused me to have a serious allergic reaction. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. We’ve never had a bad experience until this stay on 12/24/2024.

Honestly I always stay here. I love the beds. It’s clean. Pretty quiet. Perfectly located for all my needs. The AirPorter picks you up and drops you off. The front desk is always kind and friendly and as helpful as possible. There is breakfast available.. what more can you ask for?
