The worst place i’ve stayed at, it was horrible, the toilet seat was visibly damaged and there was pubic hair on it, on 2 of the towels in the bathroom there was pubic hair as well as actual hair in the towels, the sink was dirty, and on the desk area it was disgusting, i don’t even know what was on there but it didn’t even look like anyone cleaned the room, i wasn’t even comfortable sleeping in the bed knowing that everything else was dirty and filthy. Never coming back here.

I've stayed here so many times. But, it's definitely the LAST time. No wi-fi, no TV(ABC, CBS, NBS, FOX and all most of the best cable station. Nearly every channel with the exception of PBS and information channels were not working. There was no indication of any of these issues before booking. Absolutely unacceptable! The roof overhang needs fixing basly. It poured rain over 4 days and the rain comes right off the roof and loudly splashes on the pavement right outside the room doors and creates a soppy wet mess, and makes the floors in your room filthy. It's an issue that will only get worse. No ice or vending after 11 PM. Shady people constantly roaming the property. You cant watch your car because the parking outside the rooms is all handicapped. This place has really gone to trash. Won't ever be back!

This was the worst experience of our time in hotels. We had sold our home and were waiting for our new home to close. We had a reservation for 8 nights and the lady in the office was so rude and unprofessional. We had given her the reservation number and she would not let us in a room. She stood there looking forward and wouldn't look at us. We had just had a rollover accident and needed to rest. She was so rude when we walked in her friend was at the counter and said I will move and I heard her say "no you don't have to" . We had to move our belongings and we needed to get a new car. And she put a wrench in all our plans. We ended up getting a room at the Western inn in Lakewood. We were treated like drug addicts and lowlifes like the hotel is full of. I saw a syringe in the parking lot. She was no help and we went elsewhere and spent 900 at a new hotel. They lost our money and they don't deserve yours. My husband begged her to just help us please. We were tired and sore from our accident the day before. We are 60 year old senior citizens, good Christian people. Upstanding citizens who was treated like dirt. The girl stood there snuggling looking forward passed us while we were at the counter. Showing she wasn't going to listen to us. I was trying to show her my reservation number she demanded to see on my phone. It was horrible treatment. She said I don't have to let you in here. Who ever the girl was working the counter of the afternoon of 11/22/24 deserves to be fired .
