Overall was great, we stay here every year for a show at the Tacoma Dome. The only complaint is the space heater is extremely loud and wakes you up every time it turns on (every hour).

There are better options

This hotel is considerably overpriced as compared to others within a few miles. I stayed here for convenience as being close to the Tacoma Dome, but was unimpressed. The rooms and amenities are outdated, refrigerator and microwave did not work, Tv was old and broken, you could feel individual springs in the bed. A premium cost begs for a premium stay. I am disappointed I spent as much as i did for what little value there was.

Front desk lady was very nice. The accommodations are all very outdated ice machine didn’t work, but they have a great bar area so you can eat and have drinks that’s nice and the food in the morning is needs to be fixed up better. The bananas were rotten and it wasn’t that good

Huge disappointment.

I chose this hotel based on reputation and airport transfer. When i called for pickup i was told van was coming. 30 minutes later, i called the front desk again. This time they told me van had been broken for weeks and i should take a taxi. Taxi was $32 plus tip. This morning, i need to return to the airport. So will need to pay $32 again. I would never have booked a hotel without a free airport transfer. In addition, there was no hot breakfast. Just cold cereal, toast, hard boiled egg and fruit. First time in my life that this chain had no meat, eggs, etc.
