The inside of the property is good and well maintained. The outside of the property is not safe and you can get your car robbed in broad day light (first hand experience). There is security that watches over the property over night but in a place like this with this many incidents there should be security all day. You can add on breakfast to your stay for cheaper than the meal itself which is nice but food isnt the greatest but definitely good enough. Most of the staff is kind and caring and dont have attitude which was nice to experience.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Tacoma Mall for around 5 nights. It was an amazing stay. The staff was great, they were helpful and understanding. I had to cut my stay short and my remaining balance was refunded immediately. My only suggestion is to include a bed and breakfast option to the people staying at the Holiday Inn.

Great stay but Ac doesn't work in the room.
Nice renovated hotel and everything was clean. The AC doesn't work whatsoever though which could've been an issue if the weather was warmer.

The staff were the most friendly and welcoming I've encountered. Amy in the on-site restaurant was warm and connected with each customer. The staff were chatting and giving recommendations for things to do in the area.
