I was on 4th floor. Shower had no water pressure at all. There was a constant loud humming noise - couldn’t ever figure out where it was coming from. Smoke filled entrance and lobby. For the price - it’s a huge Rip off in my opinion. Will not stay there again.

Look close that your reservation is at the Emerald
Thought I was booking a room at the Emerald Queen Hotel in Tacoma for a concert. I was attending there later realized by looking closely at an email. I was booked into the Emerald Queen Casino in Fife, 4 miles down the road and my shoulder establishment. Later found out if the Tacoma facility is sold out, the hotels app will book you into the Fife facility

First of all we didn't know there were two Emerald Queen hotel & casinos within 3 miles of each other. We started with the wrong one. The one in Fife, where we stayed, needs a security check more strict than the airport to get in. Not very convenient place to stay.

This hotel has very large rooms for a reasonable price. They are clean and comfortable. Having to walk through a smokey casino to get there could be a plus or a minus, depending in your perspective. Room did not smell like smoke.
