Not bad but not great!

I found a shoe that was not mine in my room. No water bottles or cups for even tap water. Glad I had a little water in my own water bottle. No hair conditioner in the container in the shower.

Poor intervention of loud guests

Three night stay. On second night, people in room next door started thumping loud music at 2am. Called front desk at 2:45 with no results. Called again at 3:30 with no results. Banged on walls at 4:15 am and they finally stopped. Next day manager swore they'd be on top of it and that "two calls and we make people leave the hotel". (Not true). Third night the neighbors argued loudly from 1am until 2:15am when one of them appeared to have stormed out finally.
