The hotel itself seemed fairly new and generally clean. We were awake most of the night due to loud stomping, screaming, general chaos from the room above us. From speaking to the front desk, several other guests claimed too. Will not return.

Peaceful stay in the middle of the bustle

It was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I was able to control the temp in the room. The room had a great blackout blind in the window, nice large walk-in shower, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast included was a nice hot breakfast not one of those cold Cincy breakfasts, plus 24 hr self serve coffee bar. If it weren’t for the horrible heard of elephants in the room above us it would have been a restful stay right in the middle of the city.

Front desk staff were nice but the two younger female continental breakfast cooks/servers were horrible. They were rude to multiple guests and stopped cooking early until guests complained. Zero customer service skills. They should be replaced.

Comfy but bad customer service

Too many homless and bums hanging around outside in parkimg lot and clise to.the doorway. Room was comfy but fid not offer curtains on windows for privacy. Hotel manger was rude and had poor customer srrice experience towards guests.

We drove hours away from home yo this hotel. We were in town to visit my daughter and grandkids for my daughter’s 30th birthday. When we got there we put up a few decorations to celebrate. My daughter and grandkids showed up to hang out for a little while before going to dinner. We were informed they were not allowed to go to our room per fire code… supposedly no more than 4 people in a room!! I have never experienced anything like this! I couldn’t even take my grandkids swimming

The property was very well kept up.... didn't appreciate that the cleaning staff was in my room without my knowledge..... breakfast and coffee bars were excellent.... my only problem was that I have a service animal and wasn't allowed to bring him in because I forgot his service vest plus I was asked by the night attendant if I had paperwork stating that he was my service animal... I stated I did but I don't carry it... y'all are lucky I didn't have a seizure... I don't believe it is right to ask everyone for paperwork...jmo!

The property is excellent, very clean, organized, great service. The only thing that could be a little better would be not to let the noise from the highway into the room so much and the area that everyone warns about for safety, otherwise there is nothing to say, impeccable.
