This was a nice place to stay but was infested with ants. I took my children here to enjoy a stay away from home. The room was nice and clean when we entered, we brought food to eat in our room for the evening and when we woke, there were ants everywhere. I was able to change room for the next night and same thing except I woke up to ants crawling in my bed. I left as before checkout and will not return. This was my only issue but if they treat the property it would be a great place to stay as the property was not dirty.

Last Minute Rescue

Best Western Plus was 'there' when I desperately needed them. I had booked a Vrbo that turned out to be a disaster...booked BW last minute. The room was clean, comfortable, safe, warm and very last minute. I was surprised that room service changed out the linens, I did not expect that. I hung the bath towel, made the bed and they changed everything, anyway. However, they did not leave a replacement bath mat, hand towel or wash cloth for the ones I had only used once. Not very eco-conscious. I had only slept on one side of the bed and they changed the sheets, anyway...
