The young lady that did our ck in late at night was fantastic. She was very sweet and helpful. My complaints are with the room. I was anxious to take a bath after a very long day of travel but discovered there was no plug for the tub. The helpful woman at the front desk gave me a couple of extra washcloths to use to stop up the tub. Also there was some sort of access door next to the bed that would not stay closed so we had to put something in front of it to hold it closed. There was a power strip over the nightstand between the beds that was just hanging out of the wall exposing the inside of the wall. The air conditioner had a note on it to not lower it below 68° and as a menopausal woman who is always hot I found this to be particularly warm. I did not sleep well because of this. The faucet in the bathroom sink was so hard to turn the water on I was unable to do it so my husband had to forcefully turn on the water faucet. The pillows on the bed were quite strange. They were square and probably only 18 in tall. even with two pushed together my head kept falling in between the two pillows during the night.

cable TV was running in analog, so the picture wasn't clear. The sink drain-stopper did not work, so the water drained slowly. Lastly, the toilet would periodically ran until I shook the handle.

The check in and reception area was very nice. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very sweet and nice. Going to the room, we got stuck in the elevator and couldn’t move for about 15 min. Then getting to the room, half the room didn’t have electricity and there was beer boxes and pizza boxes left. Was able to change rooms. There was fries on the floor and seemed like they didn’t clean very well. It is very convenient with the Tacoma dome within walking distance, but very sketchy with the homeless population around the corner. Daughters did not feel comfortable.

First, the included breakfast was really good. The room was nice and the price was good. The bad, the coffee pot was missing the carafe and basket. I called and asked for a replacement. They never came. Next, the vending machines are a disaster! It did not dispense the items until the 4th try and by then it had rung up $35 in imaginary charges. Had to complain to credit card company causing my card to be shut down and a new one to be sent to me. Oh well.

We went for the P!NK concert since it is next to the tacoma dome we walked over. However when we arrived the computers were down and it was a 30ish minute wait in line. They only had one elevator that worked. Booked a room with 2 beds and ended up with just one full size.

This was the worst experience ever and the rooms were filthy and the hotel was a mess one elevator and one fire exit waited 3 1/2 hours for our room to be cleaned and then when we were given the keys there were still people in the room and it still was not clean the beds were something out of a horror movie ! I would not recommend this place and they were not sorry about anything! I think their policy on line said they were supposed to take care of you if the fail to accommodate you and they have not even returned my payment!
