Cleanliness was evident !, the facility had to request IT assistance for the inability to get audio on the two treadmills.. still not rectified. The tag to hang on the outside of the door to decline housekeeping could be heavier, as, it falls off each time I left and re-entered the room. People with weak hands or arthritis would have a hard time squeezing the contents out of the soap/ lotion /shampoo dispensers
