Easy to extend stay.

I had to extend my stay because my trip was extended and it was fairly easy to do. This time I used the laundry room and it was an easy experience. Recommend that you dry your clothes on medium. The dryers are pretty hardy. The bed was a bit hard for my taste, but came with extra squishy pillows. Try to get a room on the top floor. The walls aren't that thin, but the ceiling is. I had loud upstairs neighbors. Wifi still slow and prone to glitches. Remember, you only get 2 weeks free. Shower was hot with plenty of space Came with body wash and shampoo, but no conditioner. Doors just as heavy to open as before. Seriously, why?

There was so much confusion about our reservation first I got a message they canceled by reservation and room available was worried then we got there they it was mistakenly canceled and they just have to rebook it and luckily they have a room available then the following day they discontinued our room key so no access because the lady only reserved 1night instead of 2 nights when she keeps asking me and I keep saying 2 nights except for that the place is nice ,and no hair blower

My hubby and I stayed here for 4 days.. The room was so spacious and clean.. Everything in the hotel was very clean. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay.

Everything was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Ice was easy to come by. Several restaurants close by. If I could say one bad thing was the automatic light in the bathroom. That wasn’t fun at 3 am. Having a room so close to the back door was wonderful. We will be coming back and asking in advance for this room!! Thank you so much!

We found the hotel room very clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent especially Jill the assistant manager and Stephana in housekeeping. Pet friendly! However, expect to bring or own hair dryer, tissues, and cooking pans & tools to use in the kitchen. Also dishwasher is in the room, but BYO dishwasher detergent or pay a fortune for a one use supply from the vending machine.

Brand new just 3 mos and it’s a great room layout with a comfortable bed. Excellent for airport overnights or probably for a longer stay. Kitchen would be awesome if they could supply you a couple pots and pans. Make sure you connect to WiFi before your checkout day if u don’t want to have issues. We will definitely look for this brand and stay again in other locations.

Good value for money

If you're looking for an alternative to the pricey hotel chains, Livaway in Syracuse may work for you. The room was spacious with large tv, stove, full fridge and dishwasher. Given the affordable value, Livaway in Syracuse exceeded our expectations.
