The location was great and the parking lot was large. The elevator creaked, the hotel was dated and needed an upgrade, and I did not like the automated check in system and no personel at the front desk after 5pm

Not so great place to stay but cheap

The facility could use updating especially the elevator and dingy hallways-was much better years ago when it was owned by Microtel. Also it was not easy to have check-in during week on Zoom-should have in person at desk at all times.

I did not like that nobody is on premises to check-in and check-out. Property was updated cheaply over damage. It was clean and smelled good, beds are comfortable and quiet on the 3rd floor!

The Inn is looking very tired and old. Our room was on the first floor, looking directly at the parking lot, and there were no privacy shades, only the blackout shades. I like to be able to have some light in the room during the day but then there would be no privacy. There is no continental breakfast, there is only a water machine and one coffee urn in the lobby. The room/bathroom decor is very tired and the room was quite musty smelling.

Comfortable Hotel

This was a comfortable, clean hotel, a bit shabby but perfectly adequate. I’d stay there again. I did not like that people smoked right outside the front door, so when it was raining you had to walk through the smoke.

We can say now we really feel as to. It upset the folks. We were disappointed in the overall stay for several reason ps that we can’t say. Room too small, no amenities offered, room condition poor. Updates long overdo. We will not stay here again.

My Elderly Mother booked a room for 1 night due to a heat issue at home. After making sure she was settled in I left for the night. My mother proceeded to tell me that three different men walked into her locked room 2 that night and one the next morning. My husband upon finding this out called to complain and the representative said she would call him right back. Still have not received a call back. Some shady stuff happening at this hotel I would advise not staying there.

Good value

Overall, the hotel was clean, but a bit dated. The bed was fine, but the pullout mattress was wore out and thinned out. The microwave and fridge were nicer than most hotels. The towels were clean, but very low-grade and small than typical hotel towels.
