The kiosk is dopey. There is staff visible at the front desk at all times. The tiny towels and somewhat phoned-in efforts on the part of the housekeeping staff turned what could have been a great value into "You Get What You Pay For," and the lack of maintenance was partially to blame--my room was so poorly lit I couldn't tell there were even lights above the bed that didn't work! I wish the online info were correct because I didn't know the room had a microwave and so I only bought sandwiches to eat instead of something I could heat up in my room.

I accidentally only booked 1 night and needed a second and they charged me 224. The room was filthy other people hair on the floor layers of dust peeling wallpaper and left over wrappers under the beds

Towels were very rough and they were small like hand towels, but they were supposed to be a bath towel when I asked about it they said that’s all they had Common areas seem very dirty rooms are small potholes are everywhere in the parking lot and there was no Life person when I went to check. I had to do it on the computer.

Upon registering one has to leave an unexpected $100 security deposit which Hotel.com does not list or made customer aware off. One more thing to trace later on and see if it has been refunded. Hotel is completely automated and no one there to make sure that the deposit is refunded. Also no explanation for what the deposit is to be used. Otherwise it has been an Okay stay. Best price dealing town if the security deposit is being returned.

The facility was in good shape and the grounds were clean and well kept. The one drawback was that the beds are nearing the end of their lives at least in our room. Being downtown, restaurants well within walking distance. The hotel did not serve a breakfast which we have not experienced in our many travels.
