It was my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. In our room we were welcomed with an as requested nonalcoholic champagne, chocolate, and other goodies. This was above and beyond and we really appreciated it. There was a water issue that couldn’t be fixed in our original room and we were quickly upgraded to a nicer room. Loved the morning, free breakfast options!

I want to comment on the wonderful, warm greeting we received when checking in. We had been driving all day from Niagara. We were beat. The desk clerk was friendly and gave us all necessary info such as network password!! Nice snack shop too. Clean room, quiet, fully stocked and everything working. Would stay again.
