The refrigerator in our room had a bottle of milk in it. The power to the fridge was not on. Plus, thr floor in the whole room wad sticky.

The room and bathroom were clean and the gentleman at the desk was helpful. The breakfast was continental as expected and there is a Dennys right in front of the hotel too. The hotel price was reasonable.

The nice things is - is got a hot shower, hot water , soft pillows, nice ac . Bad things - is it needs updating , needs a better breakfast , waffle maker is broken. I thought we had a blanket on the bed and it was only sheets . Luckily I brought my own blanket. Overall it was clean for bring old . It was just a place to sleep until our next stay .

Great Value for the rates.. The staff were courteous and helpful. The property shows the age.. but all the basic amenities required were available. Breakfast was a plus and had good toast. Wished to have seen more choices.. but no compliants.

When I arrived they asked for $100 to hold in case I smoked which is not allowed. I only had $130 left and I had to drive from Syracuse NY to NH the next day and I was very upset. I did not see this on Expedia when I booked the hotel. It should be in BOLD letters. Also the first keys they gave me wouldn’t open door 401. Because the door key card machine is broken. The guy at the desk said they are putting new ones in during renovation. I wasn’t the only one this happened to. This was frustrating cause I just wanted to go to my room and get ready for bed I was exhausted. But the room was clean and it looked nice. But the rest of the hotel was old looking. But for $70 it was still okay.

Very outdated hotel

Hoyel was very outdated. I paid over $300 per night and was expecting a nice hotel. We didn't even stay at the hotel the 2nd night because my wife was "grossed"out by the condition of the room and the hotel in general. The TV was a very old small TV.
