We were not able get the front desk coordinator name he was a nice gentleman that was there on February 5,2026 around 11 am he went over in beyond to accommodate our stay. With myself being an operations manager of a hotel his overall welcoming was amazing.

Decent hotel, bad experience.

The hotel itself is fine, the managerial staff is not. Apparently the hotel manager is training her teenage daughter and left her to alone to check us in which took way too long because she did not know what she was doing, even though my reservation was prepaid and we were in a hurry (she thought that was funny). Later that night I slipped and fell on the icy parking lot pavement which was not treated with salt. I reported the incident, and not only did they not care, nothing was done and the parking lot was just as slick in the morning. I spent the night unable to sleep with a throbbing wrist. Did not have the breakfast, just wanted to leave.

I stayed here because of bad weather and did not want to make the trip home. These days, a motel under $100 can be risky. You never know what you will get. I can say that the room was clean. It was quiet and I actually slept good. They do have breakfast with eggs and meat. The staff was friendly.

I’ve never stayed at a motel where I could get breakfast at 4:15 AM! With an early flight, that was wonderful. They also have the mounted shampoo bottles in the shower which I wish was available at all motels for environmental reasons.

An excellent motel with clean and comfortable rooms, a great value for the price. The owners added some nice touches, including free coffee and citrus water available around the clock, in addition to the complimentary breakfast. The property is also nearby several fast food chains and the Syracuse airport.
