Clean and comfortable with good sized rooms. Stayed here for the huge parking area because we had a truck but also enjoyed the pub meals across the road. Helpful staff, safe and quiet area even though it is next to rail line, the trains were hardly noticeable. Recommend.

Good size room. Beds were comfortable. The little kitchenette was a bonus imo. The cleaning staff were friendly. The reception staff wasn’t entirely approachable when checking in but was quite happy at check out. There was a bit of mould in the shower but overall the room was clean & tidy. Although located right next to the train tracks, you could not hear any trains. Close drive to Penrith. I would stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, comfortable and quiet.It was within walking distance of the train station. Over all I enjoyed my stay there, would recommend this motel for you stay in Penrith.
