Good location

The hotel was great good location, but the rates jumped 50% for the next day so I had to move the other thing you should get more plug-in converters because many people from Canada or US can’t even charge your phones

Convenient location, clean with friendly staff.

The staff were friendly & helpful. I was given a quiet room as I’d asked. Self check out was easy & taxis at the door. The bed was really comfy. The bathroom could do with some more shelf space for makeup bag/toiletries etc though. I had to put things on the floor.

We had a great time for our two night stay in Sydney to see a concert. We loved the location and price point of this hotel. The bathrooms probably need an upgrade soon, but everything else was great.

A/C was not working. Wanted to send maintenance up at 1am when I called. I said "no". He did show up the next morning as I was leaving. He had to reset it at a main panel outside of room. Bathroom floors a little dirty.

the gentleman that assisted me at check in was very assisting and helpful. In fact, all staff were great including in the restaurant. Hotel room was very basic, but it is an IBIS.

The rooms and hallways had a strong musty smell, which was really unpleasant. It was quite bothersome. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel—it is not worth the price at all.

Check in reception staff competent and friendly. Cleaning and service staff lacking. Bedsheet had significant stain and should not have been used. Took them 2 days to replace. Shower soap dispensers empty 2 days. Towels removed but not replaced. Soiled wash clothes removed but not replaced. Had to request towels and coffee mugs. Not a guest friendly hotel.
