Front desk service was great. Room was adequate for the price. Restaurant is only open for breakfast - we did not try it. The parking garage has small spaces, is quite grungy and costs AUD $25/day. Lots of restaurants around to satisfy your cravings.

Wonderful experience

The hotel has a great location, close to many tourist spots, shopping, and dining options. The rooms are new, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed both of our stays on two different occasions and would love to go back next time we are in Sydney.

It was a last minute booking. The hotel is old but the rooms are super clean. The staff are amazing. So polite and accommodating. Definitely value for money. I left my Samsung tablet behind and the staff were amazing in helping me get it back. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Same as usual, great team, great Hotel, great service. Its like my home away from home. Staff always friendly and willing to accommodate. The facilities are also exceptional. Steam Room , Sauna and Gym. Try and keep me away from this place, not likely. Booked in again for next weekend.
