The accommodation was exceptional on all levels. The staff were beyond helpful, upgrading our room, helping with directions and making us feel comfortable and welcomed. There were plenty of eateries to select from and the MJ musical was excellent. it was extremely convenient to stay so close to the theatre. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the city.

Got a free upgrade upon check in- worst thing ever, was placed in one of the most ran down and dirtiest unit you have seen, stains on the lounge, mould growing on the kitchen cupboards something I have never seen, hairs everywhere, marks on almost every surface- aircon stopped working had to wait 1hr for help. Management could care less , told if I was to return I would get a free upgrade next time. Wow wow wow you can tell Star is going to the pack. Best the spend the extra money and go across to crown!

For what we paid I wish we stayed somewhere else. It was nice enough and beds were comfortable but the room was dark. I was staying here the day before the wedding and there was four of us, not enough robes, towels etc … the staff were pleasant. I guess I was expecting it to be a lot better considering the cost and as it was the day before my wedding.

Save your money! Find accommodation elsewhere!

I recently had a truly disappointing experience at this establishment. As a long-time patron, my expectations were significantly higher, and I left feeling completely disheartened. The staff's lack of enthusiasm was palpable; they seemed disengaged and indifferent, which set a poor tone for our stay. The state of the room was unacceptable. The cleanliness was far below standard; the shower had a gritty texture and was stained yellow, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. The floors were only partially vacuumed, leaving behind crumbs and dust that should have been addressed before our arrival. Breakfast was another letdown. The buffet consisted of what appeared to be old leftovers that had simply been reheated, lacking freshness and flavor. I would strongly advise anyone considering this option to save their money and instead opt for a local café where you can enjoy quality food and attentive service. Overall, I am deeply ashamed of how far this place has fallen. My experience was nothing short of terrible, and as a result, I will not be returning. I will now seek out new accommodations that can truly provide the quality service I deserve.
