Our first impression of the room was lovely. Really nice decor. However after checking in we wanted to shower and we noticed the plug was blocked and started to flood the bathroom and corridor. There was no one to contact as from 5pm there is no one at the hotel. The next day we let them know. They moved us to a different room. This room was tired and worn down. The sofa was falling apart. This was a real shame as they assured us our room would be as nice as our original one. This left a sour taste in our mouth for the rest of the trip.

Check in process was stressful, details were supposed to be given 24 hours in advance, I had to chase this up at the airport. On arrival check in code for door access was incorrectly given. Had to wait outside the door to contact and be given another code. Inconvenient when you are jet lagged and travelled for over 22 hours. Dead cockroach outside front door on arrival and cob webs in corners of the room. Disappointed.

Great affordable property for a family of five. Excellent location a short walk to Bondi Beach. Reallly nice hotel with unique layout. Only one room for everyone but was worth it for the location.
