garage car park slot is a bit small. although my car is small, as long as there are some big 4 wheel drive there, I can barely walk pass it with the luggage. (From lift to gate 3 car park, the hotel needs to reserve people walk way, those big vehicles actually block the passage totally.)

I found that where to property was it was easy to get around catch a bus to ferry then everything is with in easy acess Room was basic but was only using it ti sleep in so was adequite

The location was good. I was disappointed that they were unable to supply additional coffee sachets when asked. I was there 3 nights and only 2 sachets. They advised me they only had decaf. Also would be worth them having maintenance check the units. I had a constant dripping tap on the bathroom

Overall, the experience wasn’t bad. The apartment was unclean and in desperate need for an upgrade. Housekeeping was a bit slack in bringing items up when requested. Reception staff were all lovely to talk to and took our feedback on board.

Fridge door very rusty. Shower amenities not built to code. Bathroom floor had a caution tape over the doorway shower door unable to seal shut. Door to balcony fell off when we opened the door. Pictures on internet were deceptive of reality of room. Intense cleaning odour on entry to room unable to stay in room initially. Staff were friendly

Nice apartment but noisy road

Apartment was nice and I like self catering. Bathroom could use renovation. Location was too noisy though and I was woken up by traffic late at night and people talking loudly out on the street but that was my fault for not researching how busy the road was.

The apartment was old and had a terrible smell, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, we checked under the sheets and found someone else’s hair tie and the hot water service is only big enough for 1 shower. Definitely wasn’t worth the money I payed for this room

Close to wedding venue so location was good. A little noisy in room because of traffic but ok for an overnight stay. Room was well equipped with kitchen items etc. Staff were helpful and friendly.
