First room booked into was the side getting renovated. The noise was intolerable, felt like someone was drilling into the room. After complaining we did get shifted to a nice room but the checking in and lining up again to complain and moving wasted a couple of hours of our day. Wish they had just done that in first place as then review would have been great.

Nice hotel for short stay
Loved the room. Just that the house keeping was a bit inconsistent in terms of delivery. Given a room on level 2 and the traffic outside at night was a challenge in certain nights. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast if you’re staying for a long period. There’s not much choices and I had the same items for 5 days, which was kinda sad.

Clean, comfortable and great location.
Fantastic location. Short work to train station and major shopping. Breakfast was amazing. I'd book a stay just for breakfast! Clean and comfortable and quiet room. Bathroom a tad small, but fine for a short stay. Parking was convenient and easy. Check-in was slow, but i think there may have been some system issue at the time.

Park Royal has professional friendly staff, rooms are very clean, buffet breakfast has a wide variety of choices, all fresh well presented and complimentary cappuccino is a must to try . Park royal well catered for the whole family. Special attention placed on children. Close to all amenities in the Parramatta area and affordable. Our hotel of choice within the Parramata township.

We stayed in a room on the “old” side of the building but the room was neat with modern facilities. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, with easy access to Olympic Park. Plenty of dining options in the streets around the hotel. Ground floor bar was nice, and the breakfast buffet was affordable and delicious. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time, but they communicated this clearly with me in the weeks before my stay and again while checking in, and kept noise to within the times they had promised. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
