We stayed here because we couldn't get to our flight from our cruise in time, so we booked a night to give us time the next day. The only thing we couldn't figure out was how to turn the cold water on in the shower. The valve was stick closed. Other than that, all was fine.

I loved the location of the property. Its in the heart of darling harbour. Everything is on walking distance. I didn’t like the room and bathroom. Exhaust system in bathroom was poor. Beds are uncomfortable. Quiet upset with the service.

It’s right in the center of everything. All that you need to see is in walking distance. Has a lovely bar and bistro too. The only thing missing in the rooms is a microwave. I just needed one to heat up my coffee, if that is added to the rooms. This property is one hell of a place to stay.

Our one night stay here was so wonderful. We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids and from the moment we stopped at the front of the hotel we were greeted with such friendly and kind staff. The Easter gifts and kids packs for the kids was such a lovely touch and customer service was something that we found better than anywhere we have travelled in a long time. The room was very clean and was lovely. Super comfy bed. The buffet breakfast was amazing! So much variety and attentive staff that were super fast and efficient. Food was delicious and fresh! Thank you to spark Royal for a wonderful stay. We will be sure to stay here again when visiting Sydney. The Grainger Family.

I rang the hotel to explain that I had contracted Influenza A , and that not only was I very I’ll , but extreme contagious, they refused to cancel give a credit, in other words they were suggesting that I should come on in , disgusting , dangerous and incredibly short sighted on the Manager Sanjay.
