Amazing hotel. The club lounge is a great perk as well if you book a club room. Breakfast is good but can get a bit hectic like most places. So close to multiple dining options at darling harbour and Chinatown. Fantastic location and the staff are wonderful.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and approachable. Hotel is about a 12-15min walk to chinatown and darling harbour area. It is on the bottom end of the slope while the top end of the slope leads to the townhall, its station, the queen victoria building and woolsworth etc which are along George st.

The hotel is a couple of minutes walk away from the harbour front, and was within an easy walk of the Lyric Theatre, where we went for a show. We were able to park onsite and breakfast was fairly standard.

Really great location, walking distance to Darling Harbour & Town Hall station. It was good to be a little bit out of the town centre. The room was nice, very spacious. Staff were a bit aloof, it would have been nicer if they were a bit friendlier.

Disappointing for the cost of 1 night. there was onsite parking It was mentioned they had an area up the road. However Valet would not take your car there. It was up to us to local and drive our to the parking location. Asked for room service twice. Again had to follow up. Again due to price no mini bar available or food orders from Room Service. Value for money rating- 0 Would I stay here again- No I booked the Park Royal because I have had pleasant experiences in the past Very disappointing
