Service was brilliant but the quality of the facilities were below what you'd expecr from the bright pictures you see online. The door hinges in the bathroom were rusted on one side, the bathtub looks like it needs a complete refresh, the room needs brighter lighting as the carpets and the decor are quite dark.

The property is comfortable and public areas good. We were disappoined with the quality of our room 707 as it badly needs refurbishment. Vanity in the bathroom was falling apart and needs replacing. We appreciated having a bath in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean! Photos below of vanity in bathroom that badly needs relpacing. You pay a premium price and expect the room to be upkept better!
