Novotel Darling Harbour was operating well and a great choice for myself and kids to have a few days exploring Sydney. Great location, easy parking, good dining options and friendly staff willing to make our stay enjoyable.

The position of the property is great for getting around Sydney The staff were all helpful and friendly. It was no trouble to leave our bags withe concierge while we did more sight seeing on our last day. To be honest, nothing seemed too much trouble for any staff...Great service!

Room was ok, but as a family of 4 booking, there was only 1 chair to share & 2cups for hot drinks. The Room Attendants left our door open/unlocked two days in a row, which was very concerning considering our belongings were inside while we were out & about! We enjoyed our stay other than these few things

There's a lot to like about this property. I appreciated the location, the complimentary bar vouchers upon arrival and the room was a great size too - but there were some shortcomings. The design of the building means if your room is close to the atrium, the noice from the lobby and bar area is quite substantial, there were a few stray hairs left in the bathroom which is a bit ick and getting to the hotel from the Darling Harbour side isn't straightforward. Overall, we enjoyed out stay.
