The room and bed were comfortable. The bathroom was very small and got wet too easily with the half shower glass partition. The tub mat also didn’t look clean. Quiet despite being near the airport.

I was really looking forward to using the pool at this hotel, but they use the pool at the condo building next door. So, there was little to no service complete shade in the afternoon.

An absolute disaster. Upon checkin (4 ppl) we were upgraded to a room that didn’t have beds for our children, and a leaking and dripping ceiling. It took too long to get another room, which was the standard room we booked in the first place. There was an annoying tapping sound in our room which went all night and we couldn’t find the source of the noise. The QR code to order room service would not let us complete the order, numerous times. Calls to the reception would go unanswered so I had to call the hotel from my mobile. The room service number would not answer. There was a large crawling insect in the pastry area at breakfast. The staff at reception were unfriendly and slow to respond. One of the worst hotel experiences ever.

Convenience suits us. We have stayed here about 5/6 times in the past. But rooms are looking tired now. Rooms overlooking the air-conditioning units above the entrance are noisy...a consistent noise of motors running all night. This has had twice now and you dont notice the noise until you turn out the light and go to bed. Lighting is poor in the room. Only lamps, no ceiling lights .As well inconsiderate noisy late arrivals next room didn't help. Not the hotels fault. But soundproofing is lacking.

Good, but…

Our first room (2 queens) was pretty small and the air conditioning did not work. It was 25 degrees when we arrived and was only going up in temperature. The front desk switched us to a family room - much larger room for space - considered an upgrade although it’s a bit of a hassle to switch rooms. The hotel seems clean and has nice walking areas. The rooms are just a bit tired - or maybe it’s the carpet. And the restaurant was great for the breakfast but not great for the dinner.
