I stay at The Mercure Penrith at least once a month, after having tried the majority of hotels in the Penrith area, I keep coming back. It's the level of service, quality of the rooms and easy access to restaurants and other amenities that make this my hotel of choice. Highly recommended

A very lovely man at the desk greeted us on arrival and acknowledged us every time we saw him during our 2 night stay. The room was great! Easy to walk to so many things and it was just an all round great experience.

Staff were amazing. Rooms are near and tidy, but small and teenie tiny bathroom. For the price I did expect more however noting your paying for the location.

We had fun. The room was outdated. The pillowes were uncomfortable. Only 2 pillows on the bed. Couldnt adjust the aircon temp But after 10 pm we couldnt access the club we had to walk around.
