Loved the location of this property, close to everything! We could walk to most things very easily. Employees were wonderful and helpful. Fridge in the room so we could throw our breakfast in there. Cole's store across the street where groceries and small prepared meals could be purchased.

This hotel is in a great location and close to two train stations. The staff were friendly and we were able to check in at 1pm instead of 2pm, which was very handy. All we neede for the price.

Instead of a business centre you had to ask staff to print things for you. No food available on premises. Hotel is in centre of town with easy access to all attractions. Rooms are soundproof so you are not disturbed by other guests

The location was nice and central, and easy walking to most things. It could have been cleaner, although there certainly wasn’t anything worthy of complaint. The water temperature was hard to control and went from ok to scalding with only the slightest moment, so be careful.

Horrible Experience

Location was good but the hotel was a disaster. Unfriendly staff especially the cleaning crew. No window in the rooms, sheets and towels were all stained, lots of damaged to the walls and bathroom was full of mold.
