I loved and enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency a lot! The rooms were neat and clean, the bed was very comfy, and the staffs were nice and accommodating (I didn't bring toothbrush and toothpaste and called for room service and they did provide me with one).

Expected more fro 5 star hotel.. Room was tired, blind was broken allowing light in, sheer blind was very slow and noisy while operating.. Lock missing on toilet door in lobby rest room.. Breakfast ok but not value at $42 per person

Nice but simple rooms

Basic small room. We had the studio king with harbour view. The window was smallish. Overlooked the maritime museum and aquarium roof. Was nice enough. Clean and simple. Loved the Zaphyr bar. Great view from the bar and nice cocktails. Didn’t have breakfast, but it looked nice. Was a weekend, so very busy and crowded reception and breakfast. For that reason, we chose to eat elsewhere.

Good location nice view good service

Nice located, walking distance to QVB and darling harbor, from the hotel balcony, you can view the fireworks, which is nice. Also, the hotel service is really nice, they let us to check in early, which is super helpful.
