We liked this property, gorgeous entry/lobby, and the area it was in, was perfect. The hot tub was chilly and that was disappointing. The building is older but has what you need. The cleaner needs to vacuum the carpet all the way to the edge, there was raised rim of dust and dirt along the edges, use the attachments! That was gross. Other than that, things were as they should be.

Positives- great location, fantastic rooftop views, pool, clean, comfortable bed,friendly staff, tea tray in room Speedy check in Negative- hotel is tired and rooms are in need of updating especially the bathroom. We were upgraded - thank you - room was great size but again tired. No bottled water in room Bar and restaurant are not open every day which I found amazing especially Australia Day and being a central hotel, so no atmosphere in reception

I wish there were elevators or some kind of access to the rooms that didn’t require a walk around the entire floor to get to your room. Should definitely be more handicap accessible in that regard.

Great location if you can deal with mold and old.

Bathrooms had a lot of mold, employees would hide in back room instead of manning the desk, the front desk phone was never answered (mailbox was full and employees acted surprised by frustration that it was impossible to find an employee). Great location, easy walk to everything. A handful of very helpful employees and cleaning staff but would not recommend.

A comfortable stay Close to Circular Quay.

Myself, our two Daughters and GrandDaughter stayed o/n, I had organised a Sydney Festival Event for our GrandDaughter, Colour Maze at Pier 2/3. I originally thought I had early morning tickets for the event, I wanted a Hotel nearby. Even though I bought tix for later in the day we had a fun stay and a nice buffet breakfast at the Hotel in the morning.

The hotel was in walking distance to eateries, history, water transit, and rail transit from the airport. However, I did not recieve information concerning what the hotel offered (such as meals, pool). In fact I was told that there was no pool or access, which was not true. Nor was I informed that they have an evening restuarant on site. I did not feel welcome. But cleanliness, and location were great.
