Close to downtown Sydney. The room was good. Mini fridge in the room did not work otherwise was a nice cozy stay. Room had an electric fireplace which was nice and gave off heat.

The room flooring was in poor condition, and dirty. There was no hot water. The light bulbs were burnt out in the bathroom. Half the hotel is closed for renovations. I could hear other guests in their rooms. The restaurant and bar were closed on Saturday night. They were closed Friday night as well for a private party. The air ventilation is old. Lighting in the room was poor. The bed was comfortable, but squeaky. I paid way too much for 2 nights, when all I needed was a bed and shower.

I like that there was no carpet in the room however the floors need to be cleaned better. I walked around in my bare feet and I had to wash them before I could put my socks on.

When I first arrived our room smelled like a swimming pool chlorine and urine, Please update your beds, the bed was warped and bowed in the middle, the mattress was old. The television set had bad quality of sound needed to be replaced. Wasn’t cleaned well enough and we could hear the neighbouring guest arguing.
