the lady checking me in stated “breakfast is included with your stay, it is from 630 to 1030” then they wanted me to pay $50 for it on check out. when i pointed out that the checkin lady said it was included they outright said no, in essence calling me a liar. watch out for this place. stay at intercon or crown plaza, they are not petty like this hotel which is not special. they are understaffed, make you wait, and their breakfast was lame.

The hotel was top notch; the rooms were luxurious, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service exceptional. The only criticism would be that the quality of the food ordered to the room (room service) was not at all up to the standards of the hotel. It was too expensive and was sub-par. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and quite frankly, the hotel is one of the best in the world. We are well traveled! Thanks, S and M.

Although I didn't experience the same flashy as in other Four Seasons hotels, I was able to feel a sense of comfort through the kindness of the staff, the subtle and appropriate blend of comfort in a limited circumstances, and the understated interiors and amenities, which created a cozy atmosphere.

Excellent, as always
This was the second time my wife and I have stayed at The Four Seasons Sydney, and once again we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were awesome, the service every bit as good and the room and view was superb. If you are so inclined, try 'The Grain Bar' , for a fantastic selection of whiskies from around the world. Looking forward to future stays at the property.

Extremely clean! Some days housekeeping came twice a day! Lol. Very friendly staff from the front desk, to the restaurant, and concierge. Would stay again next time in Sydney!
