This is a lovely hotel, very well positioned for walking to Circular Quay and the ferries, Opera House etc and the staff are wonderfully polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was as you might expect from a top hotel. Housekeeping was on point, as is the breakfast / dining area. We loved the location and the whole ambience, quiet and restful too.

We treated ourselves to the last two nights in Sydney at the Four Seasons and we are glad we did. From checkin the staff were really friendly, we had a partial harbour view and it was worth the money as our room overlooked the Sydney Opera House. The rooms look recently updated, nice style, very comfortable bed and good amenities. We did room service one evening, again staff were friendly and professional, it was pretty quick and the food was good. The only slight down slide was that we could hear the room next door leave early morning to get their flights, so sound proofing is not great but it only happened once.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Excellent views from some of the rooms on the higher floors of the opera house and Sydney harbour bridge. Convenient transit options close by including trains and ferries.
