Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant. The amenities were great. Really liked the gym, hair studio and the accessibility to downtown, The Rock and the Circular Quay. It was refreshing that they had a US adapter available and water on demand. The nightly turn down service was also very nice and everyone from the bellman to room service were friendly and exceptional. I would recommend the Four Seasons to any friends and family traveling to Sydney. Also, it was nice to have a convenient store right across from the 3rd level door with a wide array of things. Also, would like to mention that the light rail train is minutes away if you would choose to use it.

Super friendly staff but I would rate this hotel 4/5 stars as the pool area doesn’t quite fit the bill for a 5 star rating. Dated colour scheme and pool is chlorinated instead of salt water. The room was clean to a degree but not immaculate like other four season hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were super friendly and accommodating however and would stay again if the pool area was refurbished.
