I've stayed here before and in the same room. Last time was great. This time the room next to mine was really loud. I got woken up early in both mornings. I had food delivered to the hotel and the front desk never called me to let me know it had arrived. I had to call the restaurant to find out if had been delivered. When I went down to get it they asked me for my room number which tells me they knew where it was supposed to go and had the attitude like they were not going to call my room but wait to see and hoped that I wouldn't come pick it up. They also were laughing the whole time. Also when I first entered the room the thermostat was set to 28'C. It was crazy hot. Not too impressed this time around. No one asked me how my room was or if I was enjoying my stay. Last time I'll stay at the simon hotel.

We have spent 29 days at The Simon since mid-December. It is listed as a three star but I would rate it higher. The common facilities have a very modern contemporary look and feel and the cleanliness of the rooms are top notch. From manager Michelle Bianchini down, the hotel functions flawlessly.

After a very long drive we arrived at 4:30 p.m. to check in and our room was not ready. We were told to return after 5 p.m. No offer - discount, complimentary breakfast, etc. - was made to make up for this. Parking is $15 per day! The room was clean, modern and well prepared. We could hear voices from the room next door and from the hallway. This was a work trip and quiet would have been appreciated. It's unlikely we will return because it was not good value for the cost - $215/night. Disappointing.
