For the most part, the place was great. It's very clean and the staff is great as well. I didn't give it full 5 stars is because of a lil issue with the toilet. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again. Overall I had a good experience

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. Although we initially had to change rooms due to the TV not working, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and care. They were personable, friendly, and quick to assist, which made the process smooth. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. We appreciated the great service and would consider staying here again.

This beautiful property was less than 10 minutes from everything. Storefronts, hiking trails, resturaunts. Its in the middle of it all. The service the staff offered was top notch and the overall facility was beautiful. 10/10 visit

Unfortunately our stay was horrible. Toilet flooded…twice 😳. Second time was so bad we had to change rooms. They did not seem apologetic rather seemed annoyed and confused as they have “Toto” toilets that are never supposed to clog. They over charged me for both room service and at check out, so check your receipts. It was a beautiful room design, shower design gets floor pretty wet, but I did notice they really want their design to be high end. I did receive a resolution in the end with them regarding over-charges, but I am still waiting for those amounts to be deposited in my account as my bank tells me it’s being held up by them. If you are booking with Expedia as the "pay later" option, they charged me at time of booking!
