We had a lovely stay for 1 night and even received a free upgrade to the queen suite with hot tub. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. The bed and room facilities were great. Can’t wait to stay again.

Enjoyable stay with a few exceptions.
Our stay overall was pleasant. However we noticed several light switches didn’t work, and our bedside lamps had no shades making them too bright. We couldn’t turn off the bathroom light without removing the card from the wall, and the floor was very cold, despite the air conditioning. I would recommend this hotel for short term stays/business only unless you have your entire holiday planned out.

The hotel is situated slap bang in the city centre directly across the road from the station. The staff are always awesome, friendly, polite and generally engaging and efficient. I have to say the breakfast is top class, love breakfast in this place. Another pleasant stay.

Stayed here for a gig at Swansea arena. Highly recommend! Wonderful place. Accommodated partners Hyperacusis by putting us in a room away from the highstreet. Lovely room, very comfortable bed! Lovely housekeeping and fantastic staff. Beautiful and clean! Loved the art deco building. Will be back!!

Everything was nice, apart from the elevator not working. Tried to ask if i could switch to a balcony room instead so i did not have to come up and down everytime i wanted a smoke.
