When I first came to the property I was directed to an unready room. Had to walk all the way back with my stuff to the front desk and get a new room and then once entering the room the shower had hair in it used soap in it. The toilet paper was used and not new. Next day I woke up with a full blown rash inflamed and sore. Then the key stopped working and when I went to go get a new one I was still given the wrong key. So in all all I can say is I want my money back and the stay was terrible.

The room condition was very bad, dust all over and the bedsheets & towels had some hair. Not even worth mentioning bathroom. Front desk staff told us specifically that it's a strict no smoking policy but as soon as we entered the room it smelled horrible. Not worth for the price we paid and definitely do not recommend for family stays.

So the sheets had not been changed. They look like they had been slept in with hairs and other particles still attached to the sheets. The shower would leak through the wall getting my luggage wet in one of the corners of the room. When I asked if the sheets had been changed they dismissed it and just asked when I had checked in. When I went back into my room didn't seem like the sheets were changed at all. So overall just a very poor experience. I would not recommend it one bit.

The Red Roof Inn is in a very good location, but on a noisy road. Accommodations are adequate and confortable. It is, and a good place to stay if you do not want to pay for luxury decor.

Not the best experience

The bathroom sink area was full of nats, there wasn’t any hot water, a lot of guys hanging around outside well after midnight, no breakfast, we couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. When my wife checked out she asked for a receipt and she got a piece of paper with no dollar amount. She was told that was all they had. He made a copy didn’t even print it out.
